As a key member of our facilities team, the Facilities Coordinator will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be able to work independently with minimal supervision, and possess strong communication skills.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assist the Facilities Manager/Assistant Facilities Manager with operational activities in accounting and finance, maintenance and operations, vendor oversight, purchasing of material, equipment and supplies, occupancy services, and help desk support.
  • Provide administrative support to the team as required.
  • Manage client/stakeholder relationships by providing superior customer service to meet on-site client expectations.
  • Assist in the procurement and management of vendors and services as required.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in facilities management or a related field is an asset.
