Job Title: Facilities Associate

The role of a Facilities Associate is a critical component of the success of any organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of facilities, including renovations, infrastructure upgrades, and equipment installations.

This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and attention to detail. As a Facilities Associate, you will work closely with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure seamless project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed project scopes, timelines, budgets, and risk assessments.
  • Coordinate with IT, HR, and Operations teams to ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
  • Manage vendor relationships, service contracts, and preventive maintenance schedules.
  • Support space planning, occupancy tracking, and workplace optimization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of facilities management experience in a large-scale corporate setting (1,500–2,500 employees).
  • Strong technical understanding of building systems, BMS, and infrastructure.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
