Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our facilities.

As a Facilities Assistant, you will be the primary point of contact for end-users, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner. You will also be responsible for coordinating with local facilities teams and vendors, as well as managing maintenance requests and other facility-related tasks.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of our organization.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of college education
  • Relevant work experience in a global customer service environment
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to balance being an individual contributor and a team player
  • Pleasant voice and professional demeanor in order to communicate with a diverse group of attorneys, clients, vendors, and staff
  • Ability to communicate by telephone and/or mail and provide information with substance, courtesy and tact
  • Excellent customer service skills
