Job Title: Guest Experience Manager I

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Guest Experience Manager I to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality operations, you will be responsible for managing a team of guest experience specialists to ensure exceptional service delivery during each shift.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of guest experience specialists to provide personalized service and support to guests
  • Oversee guest communications and resolve escalated issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless guest experiences and implement process improvements as needed
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of SOPs (standard operating procedures) to improve service quality and efficiency
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • 2+ years of management experience, managing a customer service team or call center
  • Effective communication and organizational skills, with the ability to lead by example and inspire your team
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and collaborative skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment
  • Demonstrated ability to write SOPs and provide process improvements, filling in the gaps where needed
