Job Overview

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of short and long-term rental properties. This includes coordinating maintenance tasks, ensuring guest satisfaction, marketing efforts, and compliance with local laws.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of short-term rental property operations, including maintenance coordination, guest satisfaction, marketing, and compliance with local laws.
  • Oversee long-term rental property operations, tenant relations, lease pricing, property showings, maintenance, and regulatory compliance.
  • Lead recruitment and hiring processes, including job postings, interviews, hiring decisions, and onboarding.
  • Prepare financial statements and reports; perform financial analysis; ensure compliance with financial reporting standards.
  • Identify and acquire profitable real estate investments through valuation, due diligence, negotiation, and relationship management.
  • Drive business development by identifying growth opportunities, developing strategies, and conducting market research.
  • Perform administrative duties such as organizing records, handling correspondence, coordinating meetings and events, and supporting management and staff.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, computer literacy, and an optimistic energy and attitude. A stable internet connection is also necessary for this role.
