
Front Office Operations Specialist

Job OverviewThe role of the Remote Front Office Assistant is to provide administrative and operational support to the hotel's Front Office team. This enables on-site receptionists to focus on guest-facing activities.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Managing incoming reservation emails and online booking inquiries, processing bookings in the Property Management System (PMS), and completing daily reports.
- Assisting with Night Audit preparation, ensuring accurate guest profiles and reservation data, and reconciling daily takings and financial transactions.
- Responding to basic guest queries via email or other communication platforms, handling overflow calls, and transferring as needed.
Required Attributes
- A strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Professional written communication skills.
- Being proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work autonomously.
- Technical proficiency with confidence in using PMS, Microsoft Office, and email systems.
