Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage the entire recruitment process, from initial outreach to final placement. This individual will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop effective strategies to meet those needs.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as a strong background in account management. They should be proficient in end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates.

A key aspect of this role is the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates alike. The successful candidate will be comfortable working independently and remotely, while also being able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a client-facing recruiting role
  • Strong background in account management, with proven relationship-building and client communication skills
  • Proficient in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, evaluating candidates, managing ATS workflows
  • Familiarity with recruitment and communication tools, such as Hubspot (CRM), Tellent/Recruitee (ATS), and Slack
  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal
  • Comfortable working in a remote environment, with a reliable internet connection
