Job Overview

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating the recruitment process and building a talented caregiver network.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and manage a high-performing caregiver team through effective recruitment strategies.
  • Develop and execute plans to attract top talent, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified caregivers.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless scheduling and client satisfaction.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.

  • Recruit and hire caregivers through job boards, social media, and other creative avenues.
  • Conduct phone screens, virtual interviews, and reference checks to ensure the highest quality candidates.
  • Coordinate caregiver schedules, ensuring 100% accuracy and fully staffed positions.
  • Verify completed schedules to guarantee billing and payroll accuracy.
  • Maintain accurate HR records in our CRM system.
  • Match caregivers with clients based on personality, availability, and skill set.
  • Ensure client needs are met and documented by collaborating with the care team.
  • Resolve any caregiver questions or concerns.
  • Provide positive feedback and counsel caregivers as needed.
  • Participate in after-hours and weekend support as assigned.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in staffing or customer service in a healthcare setting.
  • Proven recruiting experience.
  • Strong sense of urgency, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent telephone and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to problem-solve independently.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a senior service setting is preferred.
  • High School Diploma required; some college preferred.
