Job Overview

This is a unique opportunity to excel in talent acquisition by joining our organization. The individual will be responsible for supporting the entire recruitment process, from candidate sourcing and engagement to interviewing, selection, offer, and onboarding.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support the full-cycle recruitment process including job analysis, postings, sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, interview preps, and onboarding.
  • Post jobs across internal portals, job boards, and social media platforms.
  • Sources candidates through Boolean searches, LinkedIn, databases, job portals, referral networks, and outreach campaigns.
  • Screen resumes and conduct phone/video interviews to assess skills, experience, and culture fit.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients or internal stakeholders, ensuring a professional and timely experience.
  • Prepare and present candidate summaries to clients and hiring managers with clear rationale.
  • Extend offers, negotiate compensation, and ensure smooth onboarding in coordination with quality assurance and operations teams.
  • Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for recurring roles and future project needs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology, business administration, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of proven recruitment experience in agency or corporate settings.
  • Prior experience recruiting within life sciences, healthcare, IT, or technical staffing is preferred but not required.
  • U.S.-based recruitment experience is required; familiarity with employment classifications (W-2, 1099, C2C) is preferred.
  • Proficient in applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools like LinkedIn and Indeed Smart Sourcing.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (professional, concise, and persuasive).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Tech-savvy with working knowledge of MS Office, CRM systems, and basic Excel functions.
