Get to Know the Role
Administrative support to credit department
Loans Clerk is responsible for clerical matters related to loan processing, including the preparation for Cancellation of Mortgage and finalizing forms and contracts (if any). In charge of the safe keeping of borrower's Credit Folders,assisiting the whole credit team for preparation of necessary documents if needed. Loans clerk also maintain proper filing system of pertinent documents and forms.
Day-to-day Activities
- Preparation of Cancellation of Mortgage
- Safe keeping and monitoring of Credit Folders and Collaterals
- Monitoring of Insurance of the borrowers
- Prepare loan docs if necessary
- Assists Credit Team for Initial assessment if applicable
- Maintain and update account records
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php14,665.00 per month
