Key Responsibilities:- Assist customers in utilizing digital channels via face-to-face digital user assistance or education
- Attend to sales and service needs of customers
- Approve and process sales and services applications and transactions in the system
- Process payment for bills, purchases, and other transactions
- Bachelor's Degree Holder (Graduate)
- Preferably with 3-5 years of experience in sales and customer-facing roles
- Willing to work in various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic technical proficiency (e.g., CRM tools, POS systems, or online platforms)
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills
- Proficiency in problem-solving
