Customer Service Associate

Job Requirements
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at Gratitude Philippines. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, excellent communication skills, and a minimum of 6 months BPO experience in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service support to clients via phone, email, or chat
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum 6 months BPO experience in a customer service role
- Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Work Environment
The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in BGC, Taguig City, and be available to work night shifts as needed.
