We are seeking a Technical Expert to join our team, specializing in Network and Security Solutions. This is a Temporary Work at Home opportunity for an Entry level Full-time Information Technology role in IT Services and IT Consulting.

About the Job

This is a unique chance to POWER UP your skills as a Presales Engineer. You will be providing Technical Expertise and Support to both our Sales Team and Customers. You will collaborate with Customers to understand their Technical Requirements and design Network and Security-Based Solutions to meet their Needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Sales Teams to understand different Customer Requirements and propose Network and Security-Based Solutions.
  • Design scalable and efficient architecture that meets the Customer's Palo Alto Deployment Needs.
  • Validate Palo Alto Network Configurations and stay up-to-date on new Splunk Features, Trends, and Competitive Landscapes.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field - 1 Year of Related Experience in a Similar Environment Required.
  • Strong English Communication (Oral and Written) and Presentation Skills with Good Listening and Comprehension Skills.
  • Technical Knowledge and Understanding of Splunk Products (Splunk Enterprise, Splunk Cloud, Splunk ITSI, Splunk Phantom) and Associated Technologies.
  • Network or Security Certifications are a Plus (Not Required).
