Chief Financial Operations Specialist

This role is ideal for a detail-driven professional with experience in financial management and analysis. Key responsibilities include overseeing daily accounting operations, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate financial data.
- Manage full-cycle accounting processes, including monthly and year-end close procedures.
- Maintain and reconcile financial data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with U.S. accounting standards.
- Support accounts payable and receivable functions to ensure timely processing of transactions.
- Partner with the Finance Director to optimize accounting workflows and improve financial performance.
- Provide support on ad-hoc financial projects and administrative tasks related to finance.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles, with a strong understanding of U.S. GAAP.
- Proven experience using QuickBooks in a professional setting (must-have).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret and communicate complex data clearly.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
