Accountant Supervisor Job

We are seeking an experienced Accountant Supervisor to oversee our financial transactions and supervise accounting operations.

  • Review and manage accounts payable and receivable.
  • Analyze financial data and create reports on the company's financial status.
  • Create timely and accurate accounting reports for senior management.
  • Develop recommendations to optimize accounting systems and detect inaccuracies.
  • Support personnel on accounting control procedures.
  • Supervise accounting assistants and bookkeepers, plan their work, and assign tasks.
  • Participate in forecasting and financial standards setting processes.
  • Organize financial statements and budget preparation.
  • Support tax audits and returns.
  • Ensure that accounting procedures comply with GAAP requirements.

Key Requirements:

  • At least 3 years' experience as a Financial Controller, Accounting Supervisor, Chief or Senior Accountant.
  • Profound experience with typical accounting procedures.
  • Good knowledge of general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process.
  • Good understanding of MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • BS degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant certifications like CMA or CPA will be beneficial.
