Financial Growth Specialist

This role involves working remotely and contributing to the organization's financial growth. The successful candidate will be exposed to various financial areas and have opportunities for professional development.
You'll collaborate with the CFO organization, including Finance, GL Accounting, Operations, Treasury, and Legal departments. We're looking for ambitious and outgoing individuals who are eager to learn about our company.
Key Responsibilities- Review contracts for billing setup and revenue recognition requirements.
- Set up reporting tools and build invoice templates.
- Prepare journal entries and complex schedules for month-end closing.
- Analyze revenue and review own account portfolio.
- Communicate with Operations/Client Executive regarding revenue recognition requirements.
- Maintain process documentation and ensure compliance.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
- At least 2 years of experience in accounting, complex billing, collections, and/or financial analysis.
- Familiarity with ASC 606 and telecommunications & call center operations is a plus.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Ability to interpret complex contracts.
- Strong analytical abilities.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Willingness to work night shifts.
