Job Title: Financial Specialist


Job Description

This is a remote position that requires strong accounting expertise.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of professional accounting experience, with expertise in business accounting and finance.
  • Proficiency in Sage, NetSuite, Zoho, and financial analysis tools.

The Financial Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Managing company financial data, ensuring accuracy in accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and daily entries.
  • Preparing and analyzing financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow analyses.
  • Developing budgets, forecasting financial trends, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking regarding financial processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting financial data to non-finance audiences.

To ensure success, applicants must complete the Excel Test for accounting-related data and report analysis roles.
