Job Description

A Quality Assurance Specialist is required to ensure quality standards are met in customer service and sales campaigns. This role involves reviewing agent conversations, maintaining audit logs, and providing coaching sessions.


">About the Role
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of quality support, be detail-oriented, and able to interpret and implement quality assurance standards.
  • They will also have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high level of attention to detail and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Reviewing agents' conversations across all contact touchpoints, ensuring compliance with quality standards, guidelines, and procedures.
  2. Maintaining audit, coaching, and performance logs, and documenting audit observations.
  3. Providing training to team members and conducting coaching sessions as needed.
  4. Identifying issues, analyzing performance, and communicating trends to the QA Manager.
  5. Serving as an intermediary for escalations between agents and consumers.

Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst in customer service and sales, specializing in voice campaigns.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of total experience in quality assurance.
  • Experience as an independent contractor with personal equipment and a dependable internet connection.
  • Strong data research skills and knowledge of data analysis.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with high attention to detail and strong communication skills.
