
Strategic HR Partner

This role plays a vital part in supporting the development and implementation of human resources initiatives and systems.
The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of HR functions, including pay and benefits, recruitment, training, and development, as well as labor laws.
- Support the establishment and execution of HR projects and programs
- Provide guidance on policies and procedures
- Be actively involved in the recruitment process by creating job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process
- Develop and implement effective onboarding plans
- Design and deliver training and development programs
- Assist in performance management processes
- Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
- Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
- Review employment and working conditions to ensure compliance with relevant regulations
- Contribute to maintaining company certifications
Requirements:
- Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
- Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
- Strong ethics and reliability
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, social studies, or relevant field; further education will be an advantage
