Human Resources Associate

This role plays a vital part in supporting the development and implementation of human resources initiatives and systems.

The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of HR functions, including pay and benefits, recruitment, training, and development, as well as labor laws.

  • Support the establishment and execution of HR projects and programs
  • Provide guidance on policies and procedures
  • Be actively involved in the recruitment process by creating job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process
  • Develop and implement effective onboarding plans
  • Design and deliver training and development programs
  • Assist in performance management processes
  • Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
  • Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
  • Review employment and working conditions to ensure compliance with relevant regulations
  • Contribute to maintaining company certifications

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
  • Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
  • Strong ethics and reliability
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, social studies, or relevant field; further education will be an advantage
