Main Accountabilities

  • Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and the Steering Committee.\
  • Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle, implementing effective mitigation plans as needed.\
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure project success.\
  • Provide regular updates to the Steering Committee on project progress and outcomes.\

Required Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to scope.\
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Prince2 and Agile.\
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.\
  • Able to analyze complex problems, identify solutions, and implement effective mitigation plans.\
  • Experience working in a similar environment, preferably with a pensions administration background.\
  • Natural ability to share knowledge and best practices with others.\
