About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and reliable individual to support our healthcare operations remotely. This role involves a combination of administrative duties, HIPAA-compliant tasks, and light marketing responsibilities such as content creation and digital engagement. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and comfortable navigating both healthcare compliance and digital tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform day-to-day administrative tasks including scheduling, email management, document handling, and data entry.
  • Assist with HIPAA compliance processes, audits, documentation, and internal controls.
  • Support compliance training initiatives and policy updates.
  • Create and manage content for our WordPress website and social media platforms.
  • Coordinate and support basic digital marketing efforts, including newsletters, posts, and simple campaigns.
  • Maintain organized records of administrative and compliance activities.
Qualifications:
  • HIPAA certification is required, with a strong understanding of healthcare privacy and security regulations.
  • Proven experience in administrative roles, ideally within healthcare or a regulated industry.
  • Familiarity with compliance-related documentation and practices is essential.
  • Experience with content creation and design tools is a plus.
  • Proficiency in WordPress and social media platforms is necessary.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills are required.
  • The ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality is crucial.
