We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our team as a People Data Analyst. This role involves working with data to support our business objectives, ensuring accuracy, and providing insights for decision-making.
- Data Preparation: Prepare, clean, and validate datasets from various HR systems (HRIS, ATS, payroll providers) to ensure quality and consistency.
- Reporting Support: Create and update recurring reports on people metrics (headcount, attrition/retention, tenure, internal moves, compensation) on monthly/quarterly cadences.
- Dashboard Upkeep: Update and maintain existing dashboards to ensure filters and definitions work correctly, making layout/content tweaks as needed.
- Ad-Hoc Analysis: Run basic analyses (pivots, lookups, simple SQL queries) to support data analysis and investigations.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 1-2 years of experience in data/people analytics, HR reporting, or a similar analytical role.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivots, lookups, nested formulas).
- Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker) is a plus.
- An analytical and data-driven mindset, with strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
- Fluency in English, written and spoken.
