Data Insights Specialist

About the Role:

We seek a seasoned Senior Data Analyst to serve as a strategic partner to our business. In this role, you will be responsible for designing scalable data engines, prototyping decision-support systems, and leading analytics initiatives across high-impact problem spaces.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to define analytical needs and translate them into impactful deliverables. Your expertise in extracting insights from complex datasets will enable you to develop tailored dashboards, cohort trackers, and insight narratives that reveal commercial and operational levers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to identify business opportunities and develop actionable recommendations
  • Develop and maintain robust data models that support benchmarking, campaign planning, and forecasting
  • Lead deep dives into performance variability, customer segments, and treatment outcomes
  • Mentor junior analysts in developing storytelling, interpretation, and client-facing analytics skills
Requirements:

We are looking for a skilled professional with a proven track record in client-facing, commercial, or strategic analytics. You must have:

  • Expert-level SQL skills with experience working with large datasets
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on presenting insights to external stakeholders
  • Deep understanding of cohort analysis, performance attribution, and outcome modeling
  • Proficiency in Tableau or similar Business Intelligence tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Economics, Statistics, Business, or a related field
