Key Responsibilities
  • Data Analysis—Use advanced statistical techniques to extract valuable insights from raw data and inform business decision-making across the organisation.
  • Reporting and Insights—Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualisations that drive data-informed strategy and optimise operational performance.
  • Strategic Partnership—Collaborate with Senior Management to deliver high-quality reporting solutions that meet evolving business needs.

We are looking for a seasoned Lead Data Analyst who can harness their analytical expertise to transform complex data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate will be able to balance technical skills with strategic thinking, delivering timely and accurate reports that drive real business change.


About You
  • You have 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst in corporate, consulting, or startup environments (bonus if you've worked in e-commerce).
  • You're a critical and strategic thinker, able to cut through complexity, synthesise large datasets, and communicate solutions clearly.
  • You're highly proficient in Power BI, SQL (complex queries, database setup & mapping), and Google Sheets/Excel (advanced reporting).
  • You have hands-on experience with cloud-based data warehouses such as Google BigQuery, AWS, or Azure.
  • You're commercially minded and thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments where priorities can shift quickly.
  • You're process-driven, with a knack for clear documentation and training to support scalable workflows.

Bonus Skills
  • Experience with Shopify, Google Analytics, Facebook data, and ERPs.
  • Knowledge of REST APIs (GET, PUT, POST requests).
  • Experience with Python or R for data analysis.
  • Familiarity with visualisation tools (Google Data Studio, Tableau, Qlik).
