Data Insight Specialist

We are seeking a skilled analyst to monitor and manage service levels across internal and external locations, lines of business, and products.
- Processes data for performance analysis.
- Obtains quantifiable performance figures to make critical recommendations.
- Monitors queues for Operations against attainment of service levels.
- Proactively responds with action plans by communicating with Operations Management.
- Cascades vital information to key decision-makers.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge or experience in real-time analytics, analytical skills, strong communication skills, organizational skills, and punctuality.
