Main Responsibilities- Collect, analyze, and interpret workforce metrics such as headcount, availability, hiring pipeline, attrition, and productivity.
- Forecast short-term and long-term workforce supply to meet operational demands.
- Monitor actual workforce against planned supply and highlight gaps or surpluses.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to balance staffing needs.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or related field.

- Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and workforce analytics tools; knowledge in SQL or BI tools is an advantage.
- Good communication skills and ability to present data-driven insights clearly.
