Business Analyst Role

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.

  • The successful candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • They will develop process flow diagrams, business cases, user stories, and Business Requirements Documents.
  • Additionally, they will create comprehensive documentation and facilitate discussions between business and IT teams.

The role requires experience in Agile/Scrum Framework knowledge and experience.

  • The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or similar role.
  • Understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and Agile methodologies is essential.
  • The ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders is also required.

Nice-to-Have Skills include:

  • Business intelligence tools like Power BI, Tableau.
  • API integrations and system workflows.
  • Certification in CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) is a plus.
