Business Analyst Position

We are seeking an experienced business analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in evaluating and analyzing business operations.

Job Summary

This role is critical in identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and areas of improvement within our business processes. The successful candidate will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to provide insights, develop strategies, and recommend data-driven solutions that support operational efficiency and sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and analyze business operations to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop, track, and interpret performance metrics, KPIs, and dashboards.
  • Conduct cost-benefit analysis on projects and initiatives.
  • Partner with leadership to design and implement process improvements for efficiency and scalability.
  • Support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes with data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with teams to assess the impact of business decisions.
  • Research industry trends, competitive benchmarks, and best practices.
  • Create clear reports and presentations that communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a business analyst or finance professional.
  • Strong knowledge of financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Tech-savvy with experience in software development or health-tech industries preferred.
  • Proficiency in business intelligence and data visualization tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
