Job Description

The ideal candidate will be a highly skilled data analyst with a strong background in finance and operations. They will be responsible for organizing workflows, managing datasets, and driving process improvements across multiple departments.

  • Assist in organizing and managing workflows and datasets across finance, sales, IT, and HR departments
  • Work closely with team members to ensure procedures are followed and required data is collected on time
  • Classify and maintain documentation to ensure accuracy, order, and accessibility
  • Support data analysis, reporting, and financial/operational modeling tasks
  • Help enforce process and quality standards across teams
  • Take ownership of routine administrative and follow-up tasks, freeing up senior team members for strategic work
Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage data across finance, sales, IT, and HR departments
  2. Organize workflows and ensure data accuracy
  3. Maintain documentation and support data analysis
  4. Enforce process standards and contribute to project improvements
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Mathematics, Finance, or another analytical field
  • At least 4-5 years of related work experience as an analyst
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, and modeling)
  • Ability to build and work with financial/data models
  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks at once
  • Eager to learn and adaptable to changing workflows and tools
