Marketing Operations Specialist Job Summary

We're seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in marketing automation, data analysis, and process optimization.

In this role, you'll be responsible for building, implementing, and managing marketing systems and workflows. You'll work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.

Your primary goal will be to automate tasks, improve lead flow, and deliver actionable data. If you're a detail-oriented system thinker who enjoys working behind the scenes to streamline processes and drive impact, this job is for you.

  • Develop and implement marketing automation strategies

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical teams
  • Experience with A/B testing and performance optimization
  • 4+ years of experience in marketing operations or a related field
