Visual Communications Specialist

About the Role:
  • The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in visual communications, preferably within a marketing or corporate environment.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other relevant design tools is required.
  • A deep understanding of brand identity principles, including the ability to maintain consistency across multiple formats, is essential.
  • Experience managing projects involving external vendors such as printers, agencies, and photographers is crucial.
  • The successful candidate will possess excellent attention to detail, strong layout and typography skills, and the ability to effectively communicate ideas through visual storytelling.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet strict deadlines is necessary.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Familiarity with preparing print-ready and digital assets, including knowledge of production processes and specifications, is desired.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and produce visually compelling marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media assets, email templates, and event materials.
  • Create internal communication materials, presentations, and reports that align with brand guidelines and corporate identity.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other internal teams to develop creative concepts that support business objectives.
  • Liaise with external vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time and to specification.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet tight deadlines.
  • Ensure all creative work maintains brand consistency across all platforms and channels.
  • Provide creative input and recommendations to improve the visual impact and effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Prepare production-ready files and oversee quality control for all externally produced materials.
