Art Director for Presentation Design

You are an experienced art director with a passion for presentation design. We seek a highly skilled professional to lead our team in creating impactful presentations that effectively communicate Kepler's value proposition and capabilities.

  • As the lead designer, you will be responsible for developing high-quality presentation designs that showcase our expertise and services.
  • You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align design execution with pitch strategy and ensure all design output adheres to Kepler's brand identity and visual standards.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your experience in presentation design is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and refine mock-ups or prototypes for key presentations based on feedback from BD and strategy leads.

• Collaborate with Business Development, Strategy, and Creative teams to design high-impact presentations, pitch decks, proposals, and case studies.

• Support the development of new business pitches and creative assets by turning strategic insights and campaign ideas into visually engaging materials that resonate with global clients.

• Ensure all design output adheres to Kepler's brand identity and visual standards across presentations and sales materials.

• Adapt master templates and create client-specific versions tailored to industry verticals, audiences, and campaign needs.

• Turn complex data, research findings, and campaign results into clear, visually engaging infographics, charts, and diagrams.

• Handle multiple deadlines and overlapping requests while maintaining high-quality output and attention to detail.

To excel in this role, you should possess excellent design skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. A bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field is preferred but not required. Equivalent experience or strong portfolios will also be considered.
