Job Overview

We're looking for a skilled graphic designer to create visually compelling graphics and illustrations for our clients.

Key Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio of work for eCommerce or consumer brands.
  • Proven ability to create designs that drive sales and engagement in online retail environments.
  • Proficiency in illustration techniques, including drawing, sketching, and digital painting.
  • Strong skills in layout design, typography, branding, and composition.
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Canva.
  • Familiarity with Shopify (for storefront asset design and optimisation) and Klaviyo (for EDM template design and campaign visuals) is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
  • Develop original artwork that aligns with brand guidelines and communicates the desired message effectively.
  • Create graphics, illustrations, and layouts for use across digital platforms and traditional media.
  • Design and produce marketing collateral to support campaigns and product launches.
  • Work closely with marketing and content teams to ensure creative assets drive engagement and conversions.
  • Develop templates and design systems to streamline campaign execution and maintain a cohesive brand look and feel.
  • Adapt designs across multiple channels, including Shopify storefronts, Klaviyo EDMs, paid ads, and social media platforms.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality output.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry design trends, tools, and best practices.
