We're seeking a Business Insight Specialist to support our Digital Marketing team in driving growth through data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather and analyze data from digital marketing platforms to track key performance indicators, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for campaign optimization.
  • Create reports and dashboards that empower marketing teams to utilize data effectively for informed decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, presenting data-driven insights and recommendations to secure buy-in and support for digital marketing projects.
  • Analyze digital marketing processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Experienced candidates with 4+ years of experience as a business analyst or consultant preferably in e-commerce, marketing, or technology.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
  • Good knowledge of reporting and data analysis tools and methodologies.
  • Highly adaptable to change and fast-paced environments.
