Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Educational Support Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital part in coordinating instructors, tracking student progress, and providing exceptional customer service.

This is a fully remote opportunity, ideal for individuals who thrive in virtual environments and possess excellent English communication skills.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in education, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate instructor schedules and manage student progress
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and video conferencing
  • Work closely with regional operations to ensure seamless execution of programs and initiatives
  • Manage virtual tutoring sessions and maintain accurate records
  • Monitor student academic progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Conduct regular conferences with partner program directors to review progress and adjust academic plans
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong educational background with 2-3 years progressive career growth
  • Excellent time management, planning, and prioritization skills
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple responsibilities successfully
  • Exhibits professional and approachable demeanor
  • Effective communications in virtual environments
  • Proficient in using all communication media including in-person, phone, and video
  • Bachelor's Degree required
