Remote Senior Learning Analyst

As a Remote Senior Learning Analyst, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and implementing curricula for sustained business growth. You will coordinate, communicate, launch, and execute blended learning training programs.

Responsibilities
  1. Create and implement learning strategies to enhance employee performance and drive business results.
  2. Develop and deliver training programs that cater to diverse learning needs and styles.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify learning gaps and develop targeted solutions.
  4. Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging trends in learning science and technology, particularly in NLP, generative AI, and agentic AI.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree with a strong background in technology and technical writing.
  • Advanced Internet skills and computer knowledge.
  • Knowledge of and practical application in project and process management, especially agile approaches (e.g., scrum and/or rapid prototyping).
  • Advanced Office skills (especially Excel) and PowerBI.
  • 4+ years of experience in creating technical documentation (e.g., SOPs, knowledge articles, tech specifications, user manuals) and creating user content leveraging multimedia and basic graphic design.
