Job Title: Software Deployment and Support Specialist

Job Description:
  • Deploy software to users, collaborating with the Software Delivery team to plan and troubleshoot deployments.
  • Resolve complex issues and initiate root cause analysis for Tier 1 and Tier 2 escalations.
  • Escalate aged tickets and act as a process point for expediting resolution.
  • Mentor and assist other technicians in resolving customer calls.
  • Identify and implement best-in-class tools for future use.
  • Diagnose customer issues and perform application troubleshooting to identify errors and trends.
  • Document solutions, policies, and procedures, and maintain knowledge documentation.
