We are looking for a Quality Assurance Professional to join our organization.

The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering solutions to customers by building patterns, conducting functional and regression testing, releasing software on schedule, and integrating patterns with other systems.

This role requires strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, as well as the ability to create and maintain clear documentation for systems and processes.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in 24/7 operational environments with rotating schedules and hands-on experience with functional, regression, and integration testing.

Additionally, this role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to improve operations and contribute to AI projects in the QSR domain, focusing on QA responsibilities such as functional and integration testing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver solutions to customers by building patterns, conducting functional and regression testing, releasing software on schedule, and integrating patterns with other systems.
  • Monitor early warning systems to prevent operational anomalies and take corrective action.
  • Diagnose system issues and implement fixes to ensure seamless solution delivery.
  • Work in a rotating shift schedule to support continuous 24/7 business operations.
  • Contribute to AI projects in the QSR domain, focusing on QA responsibilities such as functional and integration testing.
  • Participate in service rollouts and process enhancements, developing use cases, designing test cases, and validating tests.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of systems and standard operating procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operations.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in software quality assurance or solution delivery roles.
  • Hands-on experience with functional, regression, and integration testing.
  • Test case creation, execution, and defect tracking.
  • Experience working in 24/7 operational environments with rotating schedules.
  • Familiarity with release management processes, including scheduled and on-demand deployments.
  • Exposure to cross-functional collaboration with development, operations, and business teams.
  • System monitoring and incident response using early warning or alerting systems.
