Key Roles and Responsibilities

The Head of Finance is accountable for overseeing the company's financial operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing strategic financial guidance to support business growth.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing financial strategies to drive business performance and achieve organizational goals;
  • Managing the company's financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes;
  • Overseeing the preparation of financial reports, statements, and other documentation as required by regulatory bodies or stakeholders;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify areas of cost savings and process improvements;
  • Leading and managing a team of finance professionals to ensure effective execution of financial objectives and tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field;
  • At least 10 years of experience in finance, with a strong background in accounting, financial analysis, and strategic planning;
  • Proven leadership skills, with experience in managing high-performing finance teams;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and develop strategic recommendations.
