Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Success Coordinator to play a pivotal role in ensuring client satisfaction and internal operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Document workflows to support onboarding and standardization.
  • Support business growth through outreach and identify opportunities for sales growth.
Team Collaboration:

The Client Success Coordinator works closely with a fast-moving property services team that collaborates daily to maintain high standards of execution and client satisfaction. Interactions include leadership, scheduling staff, and external clients to ensure operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Effective Communication: Clear, professional, and confident in both client and team interactions.
  • Organization: Able to manage multiple projects while keeping details accurate and up to date.
  • Reliability and Accountability: Consistently follows through, meets deadlines, and takes ownership of responsibilities.

  • Experience: General work experience required; background in account management or sales is a plus.
