Job Overview

We are seeking a highly reliable and proactive Ecommerce Virtual Assistant to support our growing operations. The ideal candidate is experienced, takes initiative, and can work independently with minimal supervision.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work in the dynamic ecommerce sector, where you will be responsible for managing daily administrative and ecommerce tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Efficiently manage and prioritize daily ecommerce and administrative tasks.
  • Assist with customer inquiries and order processing in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate and launch email marketing campaigns effectively using email marketing platforms.
  • Develop and implement social media content strategies to engage customers.
  • Support product reviews and feedback management using review management tools.
  • Update and manage products using ecommerce platforms.
  • Perform general virtual assistant tasks such as report generation, document formatting, and data entry.
Requirements
  • Reliability: Consistent attendance and full-shift availability.
  • Efficiency: Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
  • Initiative: A go-getter attitude with a proactive approach to completing tasks.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of relevant virtual assistant or ecommerce support experience.
  • Familiarity with email marketing, ecommerce platforms, and office tools is a plus (training provided if needed).
