Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to join our team as an Accounts Receivable Accountant. This role will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounts receivable, including preparing commercial billing, sending tenant statements, and collecting delinquent accounts.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and send commercial billing to tenants
  • Manage tenant statements and ensure timely payment
  • Collect delinquent accounts and work with asset and property managers to resolve issues
  • Conduct accounting processes related to property acquisition/disposition
  • Prepare sales tax forms and submit payment for processing
Requirements
  • Accounting degree required
  • CPA license required
  • 2-4 years of full-time accounting experience
  • Broad based accounting for real estate experience a plus
