Product Trainer

We are seeking a skilled Product Trainer to join our team. As a Product Trainer, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining product documentation, as well as executing strategic training plans to meet overall company objectives.

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to write in a technical capacity. Knowledge of Google Apps, Salesforce, and Jira is a plus.

Responsibilities:
  • Create, organize, and maintain Help Center articles, product tutorials, talk tracks, and canned responses to ensure they are accurate and up-to-date with the company's continuous release cycle.
  • Provide training and certification to internal team members.
  • Deeply learn the company's products and services.
  • Track, measure, and fill out metrics with a high degree of accuracy and speed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/College Degree in any field; IT-related course is preferred.
  • Must have at least 2 years of work experience as a corporate or product trainer in the BPO industry.
  • Effective communicator with excellent speaking and writing skills in English.
  • Ability to write in a technical capacity is a plus.
  • Knowledge in Google Apps, Salesforce, and Jira is a huge plus.
