
Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to support our business operations. The ideal candidate is a quick learner, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with modern productivity tools. You will play a key role in managing daily administrative tasks, scheduling, and keeping projects running smoothly.
As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for managing emails, calendars, and scheduling using Google Workspace, Zoom, Google Meet, and Calendly. You will also organize and maintain files and documents on Google Drive (and Dropbox if required). Additionally, you will create, update, and track projects in Monday.com to ensure deadlines are met.
Other responsibilities include providing general administrative support, including preparing documents, handling follow-ups, and supporting daily operations. You will also assist with light design and content creation tasks using Canva.
Effective communication through Slack and maintaining clear documentation of tasks are essential requirements of this role.
Required Skills and Qualifications- At least 2+ years of previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or in an administrative role.
- Proficiency with tools such as Monday.com, Google Workspace, Slack, and Canva.
- Takes ownership; Self-starter; Independent; resourceful, someone who does not need much guidance.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to manage time effectively in a remote environment.
