
Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our team in a role that involves managing employee lifecycle, updating records, and providing administrative support.
This position will play an integral part in coordinating various programs and processes across the organization.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding procedures
- Update and maintain accurate employee documents and records
- Assist with benefits administration and coordination
- Oversee shipping and receiving operations for office supplies and equipment
- Provide basic IT support as needed
- Plan and execute team-building events
- Maintain accurate budget tracking and reporting
- Respond to employee inquiries and concerns
- Minimum 3 years experience in HR or Administrative support role
- Prior experience in a high-volume administrative environment
- Basic IT knowledge and skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and organized with advanced administrative skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work standard business hours (8am-5pm PST)
- Occasional travel required for in-person meetings
