
Administrative Support Specialist

Our organisation is seeking a skilled HR administrator to provide administrative support and ensure the smooth operation of our human resources function.
Key Responsibilities- Employee Document Management: Create and maintain standardised employee folder structures, migrate documents from various systems into a consolidated filing system, and organise historic interview notes within employee folders.
- Template Development and Maintenance: Develop and maintain recruitment and selection process templates, including guides, questionnaires, and sourcing strategies.
- Compliance and Auditing: Assist in preparing and supporting internal and external HR audits, collaborate with the medical team to flag employees requiring clearance, and maintain confidentiality and security of all employee records.
- General Administration: Provide ad-hoc HR administrative support as required.
- A minimum of 2-5 years experience in a similar role, preferably in mining and minerals, processing, oil & gas, or heavy industries.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with HRIS software would be beneficial.
- Good understanding of record keeping and audit processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel.
