Provide administrative support with travel readiness and remote work setup.
Your RoleKey responsibilities include:
- Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive's behalf.
- Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records.
- Performing minor accounting duties.
- Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary.
- Answering phone calls politely and professionally.
- Managing the executive's calendar, including appointment setting and prioritizing urgent matters.
The ideal candidate must have:
- Ability to speak English and Chinese, preferably Mandarin.
- Work from home setup provided by the company.
- Allowance for internet usage.
