Key Responsibilities:
  • To lead by example and demonstrate high standards of customer service and technical expertise.
  • To manage team performance individually and collectively, providing coaching and guidance as needed to enable team members to achieve their full potential.
  • To ensure that the team follows established operating procedures and collaborates with other teams to drive solutions and improve customer experience.
  • To participate in recruitment activity for the team as required and develop an awareness of the business strategy and culture.
  • To review top issues monthly for external education and ticket reduction and take part in training module creation.
  • To manage queues for tickets and channels for customer interaction to ensure timely response and overall engagement.
  • To actively own and progress in personal development.
