Job Title: Global ServicesDescription

The role of Support Supervisor requires a high degree of operational excellence, technical quality of service, and team growth. As a leader, you will be responsible for guiding Technical Support Engineers in solving complex customer challenges while ensuring they have the tools, processes, and culture they need to succeed.

Your focus will be on managing scheduling, coverage, escalations, and rotation planning. You will also drive continuous improvement in our operations and service delivery by tracking KPIs such as SLA performance, response/resolution times, CSAT, and internal process adherence.

You will work closely with other supervisors and managers to ensure seamless global operations. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing ticket quality, communication, and customer satisfaction, as well as participating in escalation handling and promoting knowledge sharing within the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience managing or leading remote or globally distributed teams
  • Prior experience as a Technical Support Engineer or DBA
  • Strong technical depth in Linux and open source databases
