The primary responsibility of this position is to serve as the main point of contact for internal and external parties, handling all matters related to the Hiring Manager. This involves coordinating with the Hiring Manager to keep them informed about upcoming commitments and responsibilities.
Key tasks include:
- Manage the Hiring Manager's calendar by organizing meetings, scheduling appointments, sending reminders, and prioritizing sensitive matters.
Additionally, this role requires a high level of organization, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
**Qualifications:**
- At least three years of experience in an executive support role.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Knowledgeable in Canva or any design program or software.
- Amenable to work on-site, Ortigas Center, Mandaluyong City.
